Sook, which transforms retail units into adaptive pop-up spaces that are rentable by the day, allows multiple occupiers to use the space throughout the week.
John Hoyle, chief executive of Sook, said: “We are very excited to be opening our first location in Islington with Cain International. Sook currently has a high volume of demand from our network of brands for a space in the area and we are delighted to be able to offer them a unit within the area’s most sought-after retail and leisure destination.”
Neil Barber, retail leasing director at Islington Square, said: “We are delighted to be welcoming Sook into Islington Square in January 2023.”
Cain International is also working with other investors and developers including Hammerson, Grosvenor, L&G, INGKA, Nuveen, RivingtonHark, Sovereign Centros and The Estate Office Shoreditch.
