27 young fashion entrepreneurs from 17 different countries, including a Mexican swimwear influencer and a former KPMG chartered accountant redefining British menswear, trialled physical space for the very first time at Sook 10 South Molton Street in Mayfair.
The ambitious and eclectic group - studying for a one-year MA in Fashion Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the London College of Fashion - staged an exclusive retail event showcasing their one-off pieces in the heart of London's historic fashion district.
The group combined digital technology with fashion innovation by popping up in Sook 10 South Molton Street as part of their ongoing studies to explore bricks and mortar retail as part of their future sales strategy.
“Our students are redefining the role physical retail spaces will play in how they grow and develop their brands. Flexible retail spaces like those offered by Sook are going to be an increasingly important part of that future, bringing the digital element of sales alive while adding experience and sustainability.”
Hannah Middleton, London College of Fashion’s Knowledge Exchange Lead.
